City Beach - Rockingham

Yesterday I went into city beach to buy a top, the lady at the cash register asked me if I was paying with card or cash, I replied with cash as I didn’t have any money on my bank card. She stated she would be one minute. She left me at the cash register for 5 minutes and I turn around to hear her complaining, another staff member and a manger about me wanting to pay cash. She stated that she “asked me to pay with card but I refused and demanded id only pay with cash” and the manger turned around and said “well tell her if she can’t pay with card, we can’t serve her, sorry”. I’m honestly disgusted in the fact that I was made to feel guilty for paying cash and how rude of an approach the staff had to inform me. If they just said they didn’t have any money in the store I would of politely expected it,instead of just saying I can’t pay cash and we’re not giving me a valid reason. I was calm and content that whole time and they were rude and unprofessional. Rockingham city beach will never receive my service again.

Great store with plenty of options. But I will keep coming back for the amazing service! Special thanks to Amber and Conner for your time and great sense of humours. They helped me pick out some lovely options for my self and nothing was too much trouble. City beach is extremely lucky to have the both of you and I will go here before other stores every time for the good laugh I get at the counter.

Went to City Beach today.The staff were lovely.Was served by a lovely helpful young girl,Shiloh.Girl at service was great as well.

0/10 I went into the Rockingham store last week and a worker was wearing a short skirt and bent over. I could see more then I wanted. This is appalling and I hope city beach hire better staff. I did not need to see her granny panties while shopping for a skirt.

Nice customer service initially, but the way I was pushed to to sign up to the email before I had even made a purchase was far too forceful.Also, 60$ for a t-shirt makes me disappointed.Atleast the girls were welcoming & polite.(Although, how about some gender diversity in the store?)

The service during a Thursday evening is so bad, it is actually laughable. My partner and I went to buy a pair of shoes. All 3/4 staff members spent 15+ minutes trying to find the left shoe, leaving the shop floor almost unattended.The one girl on the floor walked past a line of people lining up numerous times but didn't stop once to serve people.Im genuinely embarrassed for the manager havin such poor staff
